FREE BASTING SAUCE RECIPE:

When our crew was barbecuing on the circuit we used the following basting sauce.
Equal parts of Lemon Juice, Red Wine Vinegar and Honey. Use amount needed to
baste barbecue two or three times during the cooking process. Heat all ingredients
on the grill (or stove) until hot enough to melt honey. Let cool and pour into spray
bottle or use a mop and baste straight from the pot.

OPTION FINAL BASTE: When meat is almost ready, baste with this recipe and
then with a little Old Smokehouse Brand BBQ Juice. Yum Yum!

PULLED PORK TIP: Spray with baste after pulling to help keep meat juicy.
